Hello,
Thanks for your interest in our breeding program and family. First I would like to give a brief introduction to our family. I am Melvin Chupp, my wife's name is Mary and we have 4 children - Eric, Kyle, Kendall, and Joanna. Our kids do a wonderful job of helping with all the chores around the farm and love playing with little puppies if we have any. We got introduced to the Cane Corso breed through a friend and we bought 2 puppies to get started as our kids were very young and we wanted them to grow up together. We fell in love with them and wanted to help other people find this amazing breed as well and so we made the decision to start a small breeding operation. We did a lot of research and finally found the structure and bloodlines in a male that we felt was what we were looking for. We feel very lucky with our decision as Rufus is exactly what we wanted. Through the help of several other breeders and our own experiance and research we have learned a lot and still continue to this day. We work with our dogs daily and have them with us most of the time. They are around a number of other animals and of course our children all the time. Come on out and see us, we love to talk dogs and meet people.
We also enjoy our horses and ponies and go trailriding whenever we get a chance. We have 1 acre of Blackberries that take a lot of our time during the summer months. We offer you-pick, or picked boxes of the biggest and sweetest blackberries that you have ever tasted from July to September. If you come at the right time we just may have some homemade wine or jam for you to sample and may be able to give you a buggy ride.
We never see you as strangers, only friends we haven't met yet and consider many of our customers as our closest friends. We are here to help you with any questions you may have and love to see you find the perfect companion!
